The building façade is insulated using stone wool. The final façade consists of parts made of demit façade and parts made of ventilated façade, according to the design and the architect’s decision.
Façade walls are built using thermal blocks, which, according to their characteristics, provide the highest thermal and acoustic insulation, all with the aim of achieving the most comfortable environment. The outer glass fences are partially transparent.

Partition walls are made according to the dry construction system, adopted according to the contractor’s book of standards called “Premium Wall”, which provides the best sound and thermal insulation for buildings of this purpose. Special emphasis was placed on the maximum reduction of lateral sound transmission.
The interior joinery, i.e. the entrance door, is lined with oak veneer, and the room doors contain hidden hinges, a magnetic lock and are filled with extruded chipboard, which significantly reduces sound transmission.
The façade joinery to be installed at the Pupin’s Palace New Belgrade complex is premium quality aluminum joinery with three-layer glass of high sound and thermal performance. Considering the performance as well as the selection of the manufacturer, we are sure that the façade joinery that we install on our building can be classified among the highest quality joinery that the housing market can offer.
Parquet is oak, multi-layered, first class, 14mm thick. Parquet from a renowned world manufacturer is installed throughout the building.
Concrete structure is executed according to the principle of the modern approach of the skeleton RC system, which has become a standard in modern buildings all over the world.
